Sid began his career as a CPA, gaining blue-chip experience with Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton. Later, he decided to pursue a career in investment banking with Bank of America in their leveraged finance group.  Here he worked closely with multinational industrial clients to deliver optimal financing solutions to support their growth strategies. Almost a decade ago, Sid opted out of corporate America and joined Arvind to build our real estate portfolio.  He brings incredible financial acumen and a passion for crafting winning deals. Sid lives with his wife, Sasha, and daughter, Suri, in Charlotte, NC.

Aarti began her career in investment banking focused on mergers and acquisitions with McColl Partners. After, she attended Harvard Business School and has since held a variety of C-suite roles in organizations, large and small. Among some of her most memorable roles were Chief Strategy Officer of a healthcare system during COVID and Operating Partner and COO of a portfolio of digital businesses. She brings with her a keen focus on management and efficient operations honed across a variety of industries. Aarti lives with her husband, Siddharth, and two children, Mila and Avi, in Charlotte, NC.

Senior Advisor

Arvind is an entrepreneur at heart. While he came with his family to the United States in 1980 to teach accounting as a college professor, he soon decided to go out on his own. Arvind developed and operated a portfolio of hotels and restaurants throughout his career.  His efforts succeeded with the partnership of his wife Suman, who also left her teaching career to focus on hotel operations.  He has also been supported by a loyal group of investors that helped make each project come to fruition. Today, Arvind advises Sid and Aarti on investment strategy and fundraising.  In addition, Arvind is a CPA by training and is actively involved in accounting and tax strategy. Arvind lives with his wife, Suman, in Charlotte, NC.
